About The Shining
Jack Torrance gets a job as the winter caretaker of an isolated hotel, Overlook Hotel, in the Colorado mountains. He takes his wife and son to keep him company over the winter. The son is also a clairvoyant and telepath and hears and sees gruesome images and ghosts. A ghost haunts Jack and the isolation becomes too much pressure, Jack eventually goes completely insane.
